Steak with tomato salad. Refreshing tomatoes marinated with fresh herbs served alongside perfectly cooked steak.
It’s something new and super easy to make. The sauce of the tomatoes with the juicy steak was a good combination and yet very light.
Taste the seasoning of the tomatoes. It has to have a bit of a tangy taste to it.
Refreshing and summer-fresh, tomato salad is always welcome as a side to your perfectly cooked steak, chicken, or fish.

Oh wow! So, I have done this tomato salad a number of times and it is five star excellent. I was planning on making the Bruschetta recipe for a dinner group, which calls for anchovies, but plans fell through. So I added two anchovies filets here and it was spectacular! Just the right amount of garlic and salt (with some added wonderful umami). Just superb!
My wife is not a fan of anchovies but she loved this addition and as suggested in the Bruschetta recipe, the anchovies dissolve within the tomato salad. Amazing, thank you!

Thank you, John, for making my recipe and sharing your kind feedback. I am pleased that your wife enjoyed the recipe with the anchovies. You can barely know that they are there.
Bon Appetit!
